Refund Policy

The Parties to these Terms and Conditions agree hereby that the ProfitsTrade has the right to implement any deposit and withdrawal transactions from the Account on Client's behalf. This also includes withdrawals for other actions concerning amounts payable by or on behalf of the Client to ProfitsTrade (“Company”) or third persons.

The Parties furthermore acknowledge the right of ProfitsTrade to charge any amounts on behalf of the Client to cover any costs the Client has to pay the Company or its broker(s).

The Client can fund his/her account via credit or debit cards, SEPA transfers, wire transfers, e-wallets in fiat. ProfitsTrade decides in its absolute discretion which money transfer method shall be considered as acceptable.

ProfitsTrade sets the minimum initial deposit necessary to start trading unless the Company stipulates otherwise in its sole discretion. Cash deposits are subject to Company's prior approval.

The Client is allowed to withdraw the funds deposited in his/her account under rules set out in the Terms and Conditions and subject to provision of respective documents requested by the Company. The Parties consent that it is the sole discretion of ProfitsTrade to carry out the withdrawal before the Client meets all requirements. The Client acknowledges taking responsibility for all expenses related to the withdrawal of funds (incurred by the bank, credit card provider, etc.). While the Parties agree that the Client’s profits can only be transferred to the Client's bank account, the amount of the initial deposit made can be transferred to Client's initial deposit facility.

Funds deposited on the account and profits gained can only be withdrawn to the respective account or card from which the funds were transferred to the account (hereinafter "Originating Account").

The Client is allowed to withdraw not less than 500 USD unless the Company decides otherwise in its sole discretion. Upon withdrawal request, the Client shall provide the Company with accurate payment details. The payment details must be sent within 3 (THREE) banking days; otherwise, a new withdrawal request shall be made. 

ProfitsTrade will process the withdrawal of the Client who is verified under the KYC and AML documentation.

In the case of the Chargeback(s) initiated by the Client, the Company has the right to cancel/close all positions and gained profits and bonuses with immediate effect.
